'DNA Maintenance Services - General Terms of Business'
Finance & Invoicing; Prices are based on 1 persons labour - where addition charges may apply, we will always contact you first. By completing this form and requesting any maintenance work, you are taking responsibility for the full payment of these service(s) requested. All payments are due, in full, within three (3) days of completion of the work unless pre-agreed payment terms have been agreed in writing. We reserve the right to implement our 'Late Payment Charge' (LPC) policy should invoices not be settled within the allocated three (3) day period, or within the written credit period agreed. Late Payment Charges (LPC) are issued at a rate of 5.75% each seven days - after four Late Payment Charges (LPC) have been issued within a six month period, we reserve the right to withdraw all credit agreements and pre-payment may be required.
Parts Required: On all occasions, additional time may be required to seek to obtain the best quality parts from reputable local suppliers - on occasions there may be a need to obtain parts from further afield, and on some rare occasions, we may need to travel or 'shop round' to obtain these parts; we will contact you to inform you of this in advance, on these rare occasions, additional charges will be incurred.
Emergency Call Outs: We will endeavour to attend your property within the 2 hour designated window but, we cannot be responsible for any late arrivals due to traffic conditions, road diversions or anything out of our control. On rare occasions all our team may be deployed elsewhere in which case, we will contact you to give you an estimated time of arrival.
